Dating Consultation Call Terms of Service (TOS) Effective Date: 22nd January 2025 Acceptance of Confirmation: Applies upon user agreement. Last Updated: 8th March 2025 By scheduling, attending, or engaging in Dating Consultation Calls, you agree to these Terms of Service. Services Provided: - One-on-One Consultations via Zoom/Discord. - Call duration: 30 minutes to 2 hours, offering personalized dating insights and advice. - Not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice. Booking & Cancellation: - Book in advance to secure your session. - A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. - Failure to provide notice will result in forfeited sessions without refund. - For paid bookings, cancellations within 5 minutes of the session will incur full charges. Payments: - All payments are securely processed through Bankful, using industry-standard encryption. - Products or services are delivered only after payment is confirmed. Confidentiality: - All shared information remains confidential unless required by law. - Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and future coaching. Recordings will only be stored with your consent. Liability & Refunds: - No guarantees of specific results from consultations. - All sessions are non-refundable once completed. - Satisfaction concerns may be addressed within 7 days via follow-up consultation. Termination: - Either party can terminate the relationship at any time with written notice. - If you miss more than two consecutive sessions without notice, the coach reserves the right to terminate the relationship. Legal: - This Agreement is governed by UK law. - Disputes will be resolved through mediation in London, UK. Age Restriction: - Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. - Users must comply with local age and consent laws.
