By subscribing to the Online Dating Academy Membership, you will gain access to both of our online courses, live streams, member-only community support, and exclusive benefits as described in this agreement.

 

1.2. Subscription Fee
The membership fee is £49.99 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. The subscription fee covers access to all membership features, including both courses and ongoing content updates.

 

1.3. Payment Method
To subscribe, you must provide valid payment details. By signing up, you authorize Indergalax Dating to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring membership fee each month. All payments are non-refundable, except as stated in specific sections of these Terms.

If a trial period is offered, you will be notified during the registration process. After the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged for the next month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

2.3. Ongoing Content Updates

2.4. Course Access Period
Your access to all course materials remains active as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to course content until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. After cancellation, you will retain access to your benefits (including courses, live streams, community access, etc.) until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle.

 

3.2. Refunds for Membership
Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service fails to meet the description provided on our website or in the course details. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and provide clear evidence or proof showing that the service did not meet the advertised description or your expectations. We will review your submission and determine whether a refund is appropriate. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion based on the evaluation of the provided proof.

 

3.3. Refunds for Trial Periods
If you cancel during any offered trial period, no charges will be applied to your account. However, once the trial period ends and you have been charged, the membership fees become non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon by customer service.

 

3.4. Account Suspension or Termination
Indergalax Dating reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions. After termination, you will lose access to all benefits, including courses and community features. No refunds will be issued for the current membership period if your account is terminated due to a violation of the rules, even if the violation occurs after the next payment has been processed.

 

3.5. Member-only Discord Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Violations: If you are banned for violating any rules, you will not receive a refund, regardless of the reason for removal.
   

• Content Misuse: Sharing, redistributing, or recording member-only content without permission will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
   

• Age Restrictions: If you are found to be underage, you will be immediately removed from the community without a refund.

All purchases of products and associated materials (including, but not limited to, Indergalax Dating | Online Dating Academy Membership) are final and non-refundable once the service has been provided or access to the digital materials has been granted. No refunds will be issued, even if the content has not been fully viewed.

 

3.7. Digital Product Disclaimer
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that they are digital in nature. Once access to the content is granted or the product is downloaded, the sale is considered final. As digital goods cannot be "returned," the inability to revoke access ensures that all sales are non-refundable.

eGift Card Refund Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges on eGift Cards
Once an eGift card is purchased, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for eGift cards under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind or incorrect purchases.

 

eGift Card Balance Usage
eGift cards are redeemable only for services and features offered on the Indergalax Dating platform. The value of the eGift card can be used until the balance is depleted or the card expires (if applicable).

 

Lost or Stolen eGift Cards
Indergalax Dating is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift cards. If you believe your eGift card has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we will assist you as best as we can, replacement will not be provided.

Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• If the eGift card was purchased in error due to a technical issue.
   

• If there was an error in processing the eGift card order, such as an incorrect amount charged.

If an eGift card is used to purchase a membership or any other service on the Indergalax Dating platform, refunds for the membership fees will not be granted, even if the membership is canceled after purchase.
