1. Membership Subscription

By subscribing to the Indergalax Online Dating Academy Membership, you will gain access to both of our online courses, live streams, member-only community support, and exclusive benefits as described in this agreement.

 

1.2. Subscription Fee
The membership fee is £49.99 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. The subscription fee covers access to all membership features, including both courses and ongoing content updates.

 

1.3. Payment Method
To subscribe, you must provide valid payment details. By signing up, you authorize Indergalax Dating to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring membership fee each month. All payments are non-refundable, except as stated in specific sections of these Terms.

If a trial period is offered, you will be notified during the registration process. After the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged for the next month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

2.4. Course Access Period
Your access to all course materials remains active as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to course content until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. After cancellation, you will retain access to your benefits (including courses, live streams, community access, etc.) until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service fails to meet the description provided on our website or in the course details. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and provide clear evidence or proof showing that the service did not meet the advertised description or your expectations. We will review your submission and determine whether a refund is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion based on the evaluation of the provided proof.

 

3.3. Refunds for Trial Periods
If you cancel during any offered trial period, no charges will be applied to your account. However, once the trial period ends and you have been charged, the membership fees become non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon by customer service.

Indergalax Dating reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified via email if your account is suspended or terminated. Please note, after termination, you will lose access to all benefits, including courses and community features. No refunds will be issued for the current membership period if your account is terminated due to a violation of the rules, even if the violation occurs after the next payment has been processed. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle following account termination.

7. Subscription Price Adjustments: Indergalax reserves the right to increase the membership subscription fee at any time. If the price is adjusted, members will be notified in advance via email or through their account dashboard. The new subscription rate will apply to the next billing cycle after the price increase has been implemented. If a member does not wish to continue with the updated price, they may cancel their membership before the new fee takes effect.

Subscription Price Adjustments

If a new version of a course is released, a member who is not subscribed will need to repurchase the course to access the updated content. However, with an active membership, you will receive all updates to the courses and content automatically, at no additional cost.

9. Checkout Process & Agreement to Terms
