This Dating Consultation Call Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Indergalax Dating ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By scheduling, attending, or engaging in Dating Consultation Calls or any future consultation calls, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that Indergalax Dating offers personalized dating consultation services to enhance your personal development and dating strategies. These services include:

• One-on-One Consultation Calls tailored to your specific needs.

• Online communication and follow-up advice when required.

Call Details:

• Duration: Each Dating Consultation Call will last 10 minutes to 2 hours.

• Delivery Method: Calls will be conducted via Zoom or Discord, based on your preference.

• Scope of Services: These consultations are designed to provide insights, advice, and actionable steps to help you achieve your dating goals. However, they are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2. Booking, Scheduling, and Coaching Call Policy

1. Advance Scheduling

• All consultation calls must be booked in advance to secure your session.

2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Failure to provide proper notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

• Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their bookings online up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time for both paid and free bookings.

• For paid bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours and up to 5 minutes before the session will result in a 100% charge of the session price.

3. Coach Cancellations

• If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, a suitable alternative will be offered within a reasonable time frame.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked complete, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Dating Coaching Call Policy

• This policy applies to all dating coaching calls, including free 30-minute calls, non-payment calls, and live coaching sessions.

6. Discussion Topics

• Coaching calls will be limited strictly to the live courses the client has purchased.

• Discussions about upcoming projects, future courses, or unrelated subjects will not be entertained.

7. Coach’s Right to Decline

• The coach reserves the right to say, “I can’t talk about that,” if a topic falls outside the policy's scope.

8. General Coaching Guidelines

• Coaching will focus on general dating advice, actionable insights, and strategies within the boundaries of the purchased live course.

• Both parties are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the session.

9. Terms of Service for Free Dating Calls

• All free dating calls are subject to the Terms of Service. By participating in these calls, users agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, privacy policies, and other conditions specified within this document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in restricted access or termination of services.

3. Payment Process and Confirmation

1. Secure Payments:
All payments are processed securely through Bankful, a trusted payment platform that ensures the safety and integrity of your transactions.

• Bankful employs industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures to protect sensitive information.

• By using Bankful, both buyers and sellers benefit from enhanced security and seamless transaction processes.

2. Delivery of Products:
Products or services will only be delivered after:

• Payment has been successfully confirmed through Bankful.

• Your explicit agreement to the Terms of Service has been recorded.

3. Important Notes:

• Ensure all payments are made exclusively through the official Bankful channels provided by Indergalax Dating.

• Any disputes or issues related to the payment process will be addressed in accordance with Bankful’s policies and the agreed terms of our partnership.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Active Participation: You agree to actively engage during the consultation, complete any pre-session tasks, and make a genuine effort to implement the guidance provided.

• Commitment: The success of the consultation depends on your willingness to apply the strategies and advice discussed.

• Confidentiality: All information shared during consultation calls will remain confidential unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon otherwise.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked complete, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Confidentiality & Recordings

• Confidentiality: All shared information during consultation calls will remain confidential, except as required by law.

• Recordings:

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance or follow-up purposes.

You will be notified in advance if a recording is planned.

Recordings will only be made with your explicit consent.

Recordings will not be shared without your express permission.

Recordings will be stored on a Samsung SSD drive with 256-bit encryption, accessible only by me, and will not be shared without your express permission.

 

Please note that all dating calls, whether free or paid, are subject to the recording and storage of the conversation for quality, security, and service improvement purposes. If you do not agree to having these calls recorded, I will be unable to provide dating calls, either free or paid. Your participation indicates acceptance of these terms.

Consultation Call Recordings For Client Policy

At Indergalax Dating, we strive to provide the best possible support and advice to our clients during consultation calls. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, the following policy applies if a client wishes to record their consultation call.

1. Client Recording Permission

Clients are welcome to record their consultation call for personal reference. However, both parties must provide consent before the call is recorded. This ensures transparency and respects the privacy of all individuals involved.

 

2. Purpose of the Recording

Any recording made by the client should be for personal use only. The recording is intended solely to help the client review the consultation and retain the advice provided. Recordings should not be shared, distributed, or used for any other purpose without explicit written consent from both the client and Indergalax Dating.

 

3. Confidentiality

Clients who choose to record their consultation are expected to maintain the confidentiality of the content discussed. Recordings should not be shared with third parties or posted on any public platform without mutual agreement.

 

4. Legal Compliance

In accordance with applicable laws, both parties must consent to the recording before the consultation begins. By choosing to record, clients acknowledge that they have obtained prior consent from Indergalax Dating to do so. If either party does not wish to record the call, the consultation will proceed without a recording.

 

5. Revocation of Recording Consent

Indergalax Dating reserves the right to revoke consent for recording at any time during the consultation if any concerns about privacy or confidentiality arise. In such cases, the client will be notified, and the call will proceed without recording.

 

6. Liability and Use of Recording

Indergalax Dating is not responsible for any misuse of the recording by the client. The client agrees to take full responsibility for the security and use of the recorded content.

 

7. Revocation of Recording Consent

Indergalax Dating reserves the right to revoke consent for recording at any time during the consultation if any concerns about privacy or confidentiality arise. In such cases, the client will be notified, and the call will proceed without recording.

 

8. Liability and Use of Recording

Indergalax Dating is not responsible for any misuse of the recording by the client. The client agrees to take full responsibility for the security and use of the recorded content.

Non-Refundable Fees

Coaching Call Guidelines

By booking a Dating Consultation Call, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Live Courses Only:
   Coaching calls will be strictly limited to live courses that the client has purchased. No unrelated topics, such as upcoming projects or future courses, will be discussed.

2. Coach’s Right to Decline:
   The coach reserves the right to decline discussing any topic that falls outside the scope of the purchased live courses.

Exclusions

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction regarding the coach's refusal to discuss unrelated subjects or the client's expectation to discuss topics not covered in the purchased courses.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read, understood, and agreed to the No Refund policy as well as the coaching call guidelines.

Important Notice for International Consumers

• If the service is faulty, defective, or not delivered as described, mandatory refunds or remedies required by law will be provided.

No Refund After Completion

eGift Card Refund Policy

Non-Refundable eGift Cards

• Once purchased, eGift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind or incorrect purchases.

eGift Card Usage

• eGift cards are redeemable only for services and features offered on the Indergalax Dating platform. The balance of the eGift card may be used until depleted or expired.

Lost or Stolen eGift Cards

• Indergalax Dating is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift cards. If you believe your eGift card has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. Replacement will not be provided.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds for eGift cards may only be considered under the following conditions:

• If the eGift card was purchased in error due to a technical issue.

• If there was an error in processing the eGift card order, such as an incorrect amount being charged.

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed by support and, if valid, a refund may be issued at Indergalax Dating discretion.

eGift Cards and Dating Consultation Calls

Please note: If you used an eGift Card to purchase a Dating Consultation Call, the no-refund policy for consultation calls still applies. eGift cards are treated as a form of payment, and once the session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued, even if the payment was made through an eGift card.

If you are dissatisfied with the Dating Consultation Call, we will still work with you to address your concerns within 7 days of the session, but no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in London, UK.

11. Modifications to the Terms of Service

• Right to Modify: Indergalax Dating reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

• Notification of Changes: Clients will be informed of updates via email and on our website.

• Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Discussion of Paid Content

During the coaching calls, you may discuss any paid content that you have purchased, including:

4. Ongoing Support Availability
As part of your membership, you are entitled to ongoing support through consultation calls. However, due to fluctuating demand, availability may vary. We strive to accommodate all members, but please be aware that response times and availability may take longer during periods of high demand.

 

5. High Demand Advisory
If you do not receive a timely response to your booking request due to high demand, we recommend that you book a call again.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer continuous support to our members, we cannot guarantee immediate availability for Ongoing Support (Consultation Calls), as our resources are subject to demand. We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to accommodate your request.
